When you book a suite. Your name, contact details, stay dates, number of guests, and any information required by the City of Toronto for short-term rentals. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

When you book an event or partnership. Contact and business details needed to plan and confirm the booking.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer your questions, manage bookings and stays, send updates you have asked for, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Newsletter and emails

We send marketing emails only with your consent. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also write to us at any time to be removed.
